Recognizing the financial challenge of foregoing income during training, Goodwill Omaha, starting in 2024, has introduced an initiative where all CNA trainees will receive an hourly wage during their training period, thanks to donor support. This innovative approach allows participants to focus fully on their education without financial stress. Additionally, Goodwill provides robust support through case management, where a dedicated case manager assists each participant in reaching their employment goals post-completion of the program.
